My Goal

  • My goal is to save my clients, like you, more than $1 million in Student loan debt by the end of this year. Please help me reach this goal by allowing me to explore ways to reduce your student loan payments and decrease the total debt you are required to repay. I will also explore options to determine if you qualify for government programs that can help alleviate some of your student loan debt.

  • I aim to save my clients more than a Million Dollars by accepting large student loan debts. The bigger the better, because the more you owe, the more I can save you. While a million dollars isn't as much as it used to be, I can reach my goal much faster if you have a larger loan for me to work with.

  • What is in this for you? Well, you will be the one saving the big bucks, because I don't charge based on how much I save you. That would be illegal.

So, how can you start?

Well, it may sound trite, but before you can start, you first need to see where you are. To begin looking at solutions for your student loan problem, you need to know the following:

01

How many federal student loans do you have, and what is the account number of each loan?

02

How much do you owe on each loan?

03

When you obtained the loan.

04

When you last made a payment on each loan, and how much you paid.

05

What is the current status of each loan?

06

If any of the loans went into deferment, forbearance, or default, is this status still the same? If not the same, then when did this status end?

How can you obtain this information?

01

The federal government has a one-stop process for obtaining your student loan information. However, because your information needs to be kept confidential, please refrain from using a public Wi-Fi connection or your phone to access this website, as the information you obtain may not be secure.

02

Begin by visiting www.studentaid.gov and selecting the “Login” option. Log in using your FSA ID and password. A security warning page will pop up. Read this page carefully before continuing by selecting “Accept.”

03

Next, you will enter your Student Aid Dashboard. Although a menu is displayed at the top of the page, please disregard it for now. You want to choose “View Details,” which is in the first box on the page, and contains the balance of your federal student loans.

04

Making this selection takes you to a page titled “Aid Summary.” On the right-hand side of the first text box is a link to “Download My Aid Data.” Once you are sure you can safely store this information, click that link. You will see additional advisory warnings regarding the proper handling of this important information. Please follow these instructions carefully before proceeding to download the file.

05

Finally, make sure to note WHERE you saved this file on your computer or storage device.

Now that you have this information, you can open it and review the contents. However, please refrain from saving the file again, because if you hire a student loan attorney, they will need it in its pure state to use their student loan software.
